Photoelectric Sensors

Photoelectric sensors use a beam of light to detect the presence or absence of an object. This technology is an ideal alternative to inductive proximity sensors when you require long sensing distances or when the item you want to sense is non-metal. Our photoelectric sensors satisfy applications found in many industries, such as material handling, packaging, food processing, and transportation. For your specialized applications that require a non-standard connector or cable, we can customize the sensor connections.

Inductive Proximity Sensors

Our Inductive Proximity Sensors detect metal objects without touching them. This technology is used in applications where the metal object to be detected is within an inch or two of the sensor face. Our sensors can be used in light-duty packaging applications and the punishing environments on automotive welding equipment or the harsh washdowns in food processing plants.

Ultrasonic Sensors

Ultrasonic Sensors are self-contained solid-state devices designed for non-contact sensing of solid and liquid objects. For many applications, such as monitoring the level of water in a tank, ultrasonic technology lets a single device to do a job that would otherwise require multiple sensors. Our sensors are available in several sensing ranges and styles with either an analog or discrete output depending on the model.

Capacitive Proximity Sensors

Our Bulletin 875C and 875CP Tubular Capacitive Proximity Sensors have an adjustable sensing distance and are equipped with two status indicators to show power and output. 875C sensors are shielded and housed in a nickel-plated brass barrel. 875CP versions feature a plastic barrel and are unshielded models. Both versions meet NEMA 12 and IP67 (IEC 529) enclosure standards. Connection options include PVC cable, and micro and pico quick-disconnect.

Limit Switches

Our Limit Switches are electro-mechanical devices that consist of an actuator mechanically linked to a set of contacts. When an object comes into contact with the actuator, the device operates the contacts to make or break an electrical connection. Our limit switches work in a variety of applications and environments because of their ruggedness, simple visible operation, easy installation and reliable operation.

Pressure Sensors

Our Pressure Sensors include rugged, industrial-grade, electromechanical pressure controls as well as solid-state pressure switches for any application. Our control products support multiple switching and output requirements. You can use them in a variety of applications and environments.

Temperature Sensors

Our Temperature Sensors and Process Controllers offer quick setup and provide precise temperature management and control for a variety of applications.

Level Sensors

Our Level Sensors are heavy-duty industrial control devices. They open and close contacts in response to changes in liquid level. Level sensors are available in five different styles with both motor and pilot duty contact ratings

Flow Switches

Our Bulletin 839E Flow Switches monitor and display liquid media flow rate from 0.03 to 3 m/sec (0.1 to 9.84 ft/sec). This sensor measures both flow and temperature and is available with two different probe insertion lengths.

High-Frequency RFID

Our Bulletin 56RF High-frequency Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) System is ideal for tracking and documenting products as they move through the manufacturing process in light-duty industrial applications. The RFID system tags, transceivers, and interfaces are designed to the ISO 15693 open standard for high frequency.
